In accordance with Article 2, Section 2.4 of the Bylaws for Dove Chase Homeowners’ Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice that a Special Board Meeting will be held on Monday, July 28th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., via Microsoft Teams. To join the meeting, please scan the QR code below, download the Teams app, and enter the meeting ID and passcode when prompted.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to elect an interim Board Member to fill a vacant seat on the Board of Directors until the 2025 Annual Meeting. If you are interested in running, please fill out the candidacy form and return by Friday, July 25th, 2025 to Heather at heather@legacysouthwestpm.com.
Once the Special Board Meeting is concluded, the Special Election will open via the community website www.dovechasehoa.com. The election will be open for 72 hours.
